Hospitality Design: Hospitality Design combines creativity, innovation, and strategy to show students how environment and atmosphere shape the guest experience. Through hands-on projects, students design both interior and exterior spaces for hotels, restaurants, and event venues, learning how layout, branding, and aesthetics work together to tell a story. Using digital design tools like Canva and Adobe Express, they create professional-grade visual plans and marketing materials that reflect real-world industry standards. This course challenges students to think critically and creatively while preparing them for careers in event planning, hotel management, and design-focused roles within the hospitality field.
10th Grade
Hospitality Marketing: In this course, students learn how to promote hospitality businesses and create lasting connections with guests through strategic marketing. They explore branding, social media, advertising, public relations, and customer engagement — all tailored specifically to the hospitality and tourism industries. Through hands-on projects, students develop marketing campaigns, analyze case studies, and present creative solutions to real-world challenges. Career & Financial Management: Career & Financial Management helps students build the essential life and professional skills they need to succeed in the workforce and beyond. They learn about financial literacy, budgeting, workplace communication, and goal setting while exploring a variety of career paths in hospitality and tourism. Students practice resume writing, interview techniques, and professional networking, preparing them for internships, college, and future employment. This course empowers students to take ownership of their futures by combining practical skills with real-world knowledge.
11th Grade
Hospitality Management: Hospitality Management focuses on the leadership and organizational skills required to successfully run hospitality operations. Students examine how hotels, restaurants, event venues, and travel services are staffed, structured, and managed, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning. Through case studies, simulations, and group projects, they learn about leadership styles, staff training, customer relations, and problem-solving. International Hospitality: In a globalized industry, understanding how culture, customs, and international markets influence hospitality is essential.
